The mission of our organization is to connect the Dancesport competition organizers by providing a network for resources, information, and best practices. 

 

The beauty of our industry is that each of us has the creative freedom to run our businesses in our own unique manner.  The objective of NADOA is to align organizers with the mutual understanding that we can be stronger together - we can learn from and support each other as we grow our businesses to be more effective, efficient, and successful.

 

As a member organization of the National Dance Council of American (NDCA), NADOA sends representatives to the semi-annual NDCA meetings held in January and July.  As organizers of NDCA sanctioned Dancesport events it is imperative that we have a voice at these meetings.  At these meetings new rules and changes to existing rules are made to the NDCA rulebook.  The NDCA rulebook governs many areas of how our events must run - to the benefit of our competitions and to maintain the integrity of the Dancesport industry.  Since these rules directly effect our competitions, as business owners, we must have a way to express our opinions on such matters.
